CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
2 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
5 oz. evaporated milk
7 oz. Homemade Marshmallow Cream
12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips, melted
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Line a 9" square pan with foil extends over sides of pan; butter foil.

In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Boil mixture for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Stir in marshmallow cream and chocolate chips; blend until smooth. Add walnuts and vanilla extract.

Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate for two hours, or until firm. Transfer fudge onto cutting board. Peel off foil and cut into squares.
