HOMEMADE PEANUT BUTTER EGGS 
2 c. sugar
2 lb. 5 oz. jar peanut butter
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 lb. chocolate
2 egg whites
1/2 c. water
pinch of salt

Cook sugar, water, syrup and salt. Boil 3 minutes. Beat egg whites until stiff. In large bowl, combine cooked ingredients and beaten egg whites, then peanut butter. Mix thoroughly. Form into eggs and lay on wax paper. In double boiler, melt about 1 pound chocolate. Put chocolate on eggs. Delicious!

Use Jif peanut butter.
