PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 thick pork chops
1 onion
1/2 green pepper
Potatoes, sliced (as may as you prefer), thick round pieces
1 can tomato soup
1 clove garlic or garlic salt to taste
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown chops slowly; place in casserole. Add sliced onion, pepper, garlic and potatoes. Add tomato soup diluted with 1 can water. Bake in covered dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
