1 pkg. hot dogs
4 c. mashed potatoes, instant or fresh
8 slices cheese, Cheddar or American

Slice hot dogs in half lengthwise. Spread 1/2 cup mashed potatoes on top of each hot dog. Top with a slice of cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese turns light brown and melts.
