SPICY BROCCOLI SALAD 
4 c. steamed broccoli, cooled
1/2 c. nonfat yogurt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. vegetable seasoning
1 tbsp. grated onion
3 tbsp. tomato sauce
6 drops hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 oz. sliced toasted almonds
2 c. cherry tomatoes

Put cut up broccoli in bowl. Mix next 6 items in bowl and pour over broccoli. Add 1/2 almonds, 1/2 half tomato and toss gently. Cover and chill before serving. Sprinkle with remaining almonds and surround the remaining cherry tomatoes. Serves 8.
