SUGARLESS FRUITCAKE 
1/2 c. pitted dates, cut up
1/2 c. pitted prunes, cut up
1/2 c. raisins

Mix together with 1 cup water and boil 5 minutes. Add 1 stick butter and set aside to cool.

BATTER:

1 egg plus 1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. Sugar Twin
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat eggs; add cooled fruit, then dry ingredients. Bake in 7 x 11 inch pan for 25-30 minutes.
