1 lb. hot dogs, ground
2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs

SYRUP:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. hot water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Mix ground beef and hot dogs, cracker crumbs, and eggs. Prepare syrup ingredients. Add to meat mix, except 1/2 cup. Form a loaf and pour rest of syrup over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 8.
