BEEF RANCH CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. hamburger
1 env. onion soup
2 (1 lb.) cans pork - n - beans
1 lb. can kidney beans
1 c. ketchup
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. mustard

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In skillet melt butter and brown meat. Stir in soup, beans, ketchup, water, mustard and vinegar. Pour into casserole and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Serves 8 to 10.
