"QUICK" STUFFED GRAPE LEAVES 
1 jar Krinos grape leaves
1 bag Success rice
1 lb. lean hamburger
1 onion
Garlic cloves to taste
Olive oil
Rosemary
Oregano
2 eggs

Rinse grape leaves under cold water. Drain in strainer. Boil bag of Success rice according to directions. Cool. Saute hamburger in olive oil with onions and garlic minced. Drain. Cool. Mix rice and meat mixture in large bowl with herbs and two egg whites, salt and pepper to taste. Spoon mixture onto grape leaf (vein side up). Fold in sides and roll tightly. Place in cooking pot with seam side down, with one end toward center. Place leaves side by side then start again on top of first layer. Add water to cover. Place a butter plate (or small plate) to fit over the leaves t keep them in one place while simmering and simmer until water is reduced to one cup.
