PISTACHIO DESSERT 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

In large bowl, mix together pineapple and juice with pudding. Add marshmallows and nuts. Mix. Fold in Cool Whip. Put in any dish. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

ANOTHER FLAVOR: Substitute raspberries and vanilla pudding.
