MEXICAN CHICKEN DISH 
1 chicken, boned and cut up, cooked
1 can Ro-Tel
1 onion, diced
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 bag Doritos, crushed

Combine all ingredients. Cook until bubbly.

This is a great camp fire dish as well as one you can put in the microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
