CHICKEN DIVAN 
BASE:

2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears

SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 c. half & half
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

BASE AND TOPPING:

5 lg. slices cooked chicken breasts (about 3/4 lb.)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook broccoli as directed on package except simmer only 3 minutes; drain. Melt butter in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat; stir in nutmeg, half & half and 1/2 cup cheese. Arrange broccoli in ungreased baking dish; top with chicken. Pour sauce on meat. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top.

This dish can be covered and stored overnight in the refrigerator. Next day, bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. To serve, immediately heat in oven until cheese melts.
