HOMEMADE MUESLI 
1 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. wheat germ
Grated orange rind
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped almonds
2 med. sweet apples
1 med. banana
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 to 1 c. apple juice

Combine oats, wheat germ, orange rind, raisins and nuts in bowl. Shred one apple into oat mixture and finely chop the second. Slice banana and stir into mixture. Spoon into serving bowls and drizzle with honey and apple juice. Serve with milk.
