ORANGE RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. diced rhubarb
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt

Beat 2 egg yolks with 1/4 cup cream, and grated rind of 1 orange. Combine all together and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake until rhubarb is tender. Then beat 2 egg whites for meringue.
