SUMMER PIE 
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 lg. size Cool Whip (9 oz.)
2 c. mandarin oranges, drained & chopped
1 c. chopped nuts
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Mix lemon juice and milk. Fold in Cool Whip, then fold in other ingredients. Put in cooked pie shell. Refrigerate. Makes 2 pies.
