BLUEBERRY SAUCE 
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 scant c. hot water
1 c. blueberries
2 tsp. butter
2 tbsp. rum

Mix sugar, flour and salt in saucepan. Add gradually the lemon juice and water. Stir until sauce is smooth and begins to thicken. Add blueberries and continue to cook, stirring constantly until mixture is thick. Remove from heat and beat in butter and rum. Serve hot or warm over ice cream or cake.
