BLUEBERRY SAUCE 
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Crush blueberries; add sugar, lemon juice, and salt. mix well. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Add vanilla. Serve over pancakes or blintzes.
