1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
2 tbsp. reduced calorie raspberry spread, melted
1 tsp. confectioners sugar
1/8 tsp. grated orange peel
2 c. strawberries, cut into quarters

In blender container combine all ingredients except strawberries and process until smooth.

Into each of 4 dessert dishes spoon 1/4 of the strawberries and top each portions with 1/4 of the yogurt mixture and serve immediately.
