TUNA IN A POCKET 
1 (6 oz.) can tuna, drained
1/4 c. carrots, shredded
1/4 c. zucchini, shredded
1/2 c. apple, cored and finely chopped
3 tbsp. green onion, sliced
4 tsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
3 pita bread halves

Mix ingredients and serve in a pita bread. Makes approximately 3 servings.
