DANISH APPLE CAKE 
2 c. bread crumbs
Sugar & cinnamon to taste
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Red jelly to decorate
2 1/2 c. applesauce

Place 1/4 of the crumbs into greased 9 inch pan or glass bowl. Layer crumbs, cinnamon-sugar mixture then applesauce. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve chilled with whipped cream and a dollop of red jelly on top. Serves 4-6.
