FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
2-3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt and white pepper
1/2 c. butter
1 lg. pkg. fettucini noodles

Heat cream; when hot stir in cheese a little at a time. Stir constantly for 10 minutes. Add butter a little at a time. Take off heat. To yolks, add a little sauce and then re-add to remaining sauce and stir in salt and pepper. Add to cooked noodles. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
