CURRIED CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up
1 c. rice
1 tsp. paprika
1 heaping tsp. curry powder
2 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes

Spread uncooked rice on bottom of 9"x13" pan. Place chicken pieces on top of rice. Sprinkle paprika and curry powder on top of chicken. Mix bouillon cubes in water and pour over chicken. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover, pour sauce over chicken and bake uncovered for 15 more minutes.

SAUCE:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. sherry
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken.

This recipe takes about 10 minutes to assemble before cooking but tastes like it took a lot of time. I have also prepared it with frozen pieces of chicken and put it in my oven in the morning with the timer set to start baking before I get home.
