HAM LOAF #1 
2 lb. cured ham, ground
1 lb. fresh pork, ground
2 1/2 c. cork flakes cereal, slightly crushed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten

GLAZE:

1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 c. water

Mix meat ingredients well. Form into loaf.

Mix glaze ingredients together and bring to boil. Pour over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
