FUDGY CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter
2 sq. (2 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
1/2 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and chocolate in heavy saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Beat in flour, baking powder and salt.

Spread batter in well buttered 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle chocolate morsels over the top. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wooden rack. Cut into squares and serve.
