CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
Combine:

1 lb. crabmeat (not imitation)
1 lb. water chestnuts, sliced
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 3/4 c. bread crumbs
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 tsp. onion, grated
Salt and pepper
1 c. half and half

Put in casserole and top with one cup cornbread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
