SHRIMP AND CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. half and half
1 tbsp. dried green onions
1 tbsp. parsley
3/4 tbsp. hot sauce
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. crabmeat
3 tbsp. bread crumbs

Saute mushrooms in 2 tbsp. butter. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Melt 1/4 cup butter. Blend in flour, stir in half and half. Add green onions, parsley, salt and hot sauce. Cook until thick. Remove from heat.

Fold in mayonnaise, mushrooms, shrimp and crabmeat. Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 350 degrees 20 minutes.
