BROILED RIBS (KOREAN-STYLE) | |
2 lb. ribs 3 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. oil 6 tbsp. soy sauce 1 green onion 1 clove garlic Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp. prepared sesame seed 1 tbsp. flour Cut ribs into 3 to 4 inch squares. On both sides of each piece, cut deeply crosswise and lengthwise every 1/2 inch. Add sugar and oil to ribs, mix well and set aside. Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix well with the ribs. Let stand for 30 minutes. Broil on a charcoal grill or in the oven. Serves 4. |
