INDIVIDUAL HAM LOAVES 
1 lb. ground ham
1/2 lb. ground lean pork
1/2 lb. ground lean beef
1 c. fine cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

Combine all ingredients in order given, mixing well. Shape into 12-14 small loaves. Arrange in shallow baking dish (9 x 13 inch) and pour tangy sauce (recipe follows) over. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50-60 minutes, basting several times. May be made ahead and frozen without sauce.

TANGY SAUCE:

Combine 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce, 3 tablespoons vinegar, 1 teaspoon dry mustard and 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar. Use as directed to pour over and baste meat loaves. Serves 10.
