NEW YORK CHEESECAKE 
1 lb. cream cheese
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 lb. melted butter (1 stick)
1 pt. sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 inch springform pan.

Cream the following: cream cheese, ricotta, sugar. Add eggs, vanilla. Add flour, cornstarch. Add butter and sour cream.

Bake in oven for 1 hour. Turn oven off but leave cheesecake in oven with door closed for one additional hour. Refrigerate after cheesecake is at room temperature.
