1 (16 oz.) bag Oreo's, crushed
3 c. milk
2 pkgs. (4 serving size each) instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Cover bottom of 13x9 inch pan with crushed cookies, reserving some crumbs for garnish.

Mix milk and instant pudding in bowl.

In separate bowl mix remaining ingredients. Combine both mixtures and stir well. Pour over crushed cookies in pan and sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours to set.

This can also be placed in freezer.
