CHICKEN PARISIENNE 
Chicken breasts (1 per person), salted lightly

In bowl, combine:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cooking sherry

Pour sauce over chicken. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 1 hour; uncover for 1/2 hour.
