BEEF PIZZA 
1 lb. ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. canned tomatoes (chopped)
1 sm. onion (minced)
1/2 c. shredded lowfat mozzarella cheese
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. basil

Combine meat, salt and pepper in 9 to 10 inch non-stick pie pan to form crust. Cover with tomatoes. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
