FEATHER BISCUITS 
1 pkg. yeast
2 tbsp. warm water
2 c. buttermilk
5 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter or shortening

Mix ingredients in order listed and place in refrigerator. Let rise until doubled in size. Cut as desired. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
