FROSTING FOR CHOCOLATE CAKE | |
1 egg white 3/4 c. sugar Dash salt 3 tbsp. water 1 tsp. light corn syrup 1/2 tsp. vanilla Bring water in bottom of double boiler to a boil. In top of double boiler mix egg white, sugar, salt, water and corn syrup. Beat over boiling water for 4 minutes. Then beat in vanilla. If recipe is doubled beat over boiling water for 7 minutes. |
