FRUIT DIP 
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1 egg yolk, beaten with 2 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. Cool Whip

Combine first 5 ingredients and microwave on high for 3 minutes or until thick, let cool and then add Cool Whip.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
