STUFFED MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. quick cook oatmeal
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
4 c. bread cubes
1 egg
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients (beef through eggs) and set aside. From rest of ingredients, melt butter and saute onion and celery until tender. Pour over last ingredients (bread cubes through salt). In a greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan, place a 1/2 inch layer of first ingredients along bottom and sides. Fill center with dressing, place remaining meat mixture on top. Bake in 350 degree oven, 1 hour or until done.
