BARBECUE TUNA 
2 cans tuna (7 oz.)
2 tbsp. tuna oil
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
8 hamburger rolls

Drain tuna, preserving oil. Break tuna into large pieces. Cook onion in oil until tender in a large kettle over low heat. Add remaining ingredients except tuna. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Split rolls and toast in oven. Place 1/2 cup mixture inside each roll. Good and easy, too!!!
