FROSTY STRAWBERRY SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. melted butter
2 egg whites, beaten
1 c. whipping cream
2 c. frozen strawberries
2 tsp. lemon juice

Combine flour, brown sugar, butter and pecans. Spread in a 9x13 inch pan. Put in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir frequently until the mixture has become crumbs. Reserve part for top of dessert. Beat cream until stiff.

Combine beaten egg whites, strawberries and lemon juice. Fold in cream. Pour over crumbs; put remainder of crumbs on top. Freeze 6 hours or longer. Serves 12-15. Frozen peaches can be used instead of strawberries.
