CORNED BEEF SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/4 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. vinegar
Dash of salt
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 can corned beef, flaked

Combine Jello and boiling water. While hot, add mayonnaise at room temperature. When beginning to thicken, add rest of ingredients. When thickened more, turn into 9x9 inch pan and refrigerate.
