STUFFED CHEESE BALL 
1 (1 lb.) box Velveeta cheese, softened
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimentos
1 (4 oz.) can diced Ortega chilies
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz.) can diced olives
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
Crackers of choice

1. On aluminum foil, roll out Velveeta cheese with rolling pin to resemble pie crust.

2. Spread cream cheese over.

3. Combine remaining ingredients, spread over cream cheese.

Fold in edges toward center to form ball, peel back foil. Invert on plate, decorate, refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
