ZIPPY PECAN CHEESE BALL 
1 pound processed cheese
2 cloves garlic
1-1/2 c. pecans
3 tbsp. chili powder

Run cheese, garlic and pecans thru food chopper with fine blade. Mix well. Shape into roll 1-1/2 inch. Sprinkle chili powder on wax paper. Roll cheese log on chili powder until well covered. Chill several hours or overnight. Makes 2 rolls, 10 inches long.
