TUNA BALL 
8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
2 tbsp. chili sauce
2 tsp. dehydrated onions
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained

Mix all ingredients except tuna until creamy smooth. Use a blender or food processor. Flake in tuna, mix well. Line small bowl with foil. Pack tuna mixture into bowl and chill overnight. Serve with Ritz crackers.
