STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
FILLING:

1 box Stouffer's spinach souffle
Shredded cheddar & Provolone cheese (1 1/2 to 2 c. total)
Bread crumbs
Seasoning
1 lb. fresh mushrooms

Heat Stouffer's spinach souffle until soft. Add the cheese in the amounts of your preference, totaling 1 1/2 to 2 cups. Add bread crumbs until stuffing consistency exists. Add the seasonings of your preference. Wash and remove stems from fresh mushrooms. Stuff mushrooms with the filling. Cover with plastic wrap, then microwave until warmed through, about 6 to 8 minutes on high if they are refrigerated.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
