STUFFED CHICKEN 
Chicken breasts
Frozen chopped spinach
Mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Seasoned bread crumbs
Egg

Pound chicken breasts until thin. Saute frozen chopped spinach in butter. Grate the cheese and combine with the spinach. Put spoonfuls in center of chicken breast, then roll and hold together with toothpick. Dip in egg and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-50 minutes.
