CLAM CASSEROLE 
70 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 can baby clams (whole)
1 can minced clams
1 c. clam juice
1 onion, chopped fine
1 stick butter
Garlic powder
Tabasco sauce
Celery

Crush crackers into crumbs. Pour juice from clams in measuring cup. Add clams to crackers. Add onions, celery, garlic powder to crackers and mix well. Add Tabasco to clam juice and pour over cracker mixture. Add melted butter; mix well. Put in buttered casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
