QUICK CHILI 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 cans dark red kidney beans
Salt, garlic powder & chili powder (to taste)
1 onion (optional)

Brown beef in frying pan. Add beans, salt, garlic powder and chili powder. Cover pan and simmer until thickened. If your family likes onions, you can add chopped onion to meat while browning. Serve chili with cornbread (made from a mix, of course!) You can top chili with shredded cheese.
