1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. milk

In saucepan melt butter, remove from heat and add cocoa, mixing well. Add vanilla and beat in confectioners' sugar and milk until smooth. Add more milk if needed.
