POPPY SEED DRESSING 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. salad oil
4 tbsp. poppy seeds
2 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. grated onion
2/3 c. white vinegar

Combine sugar, salt, mustard, oil and vinegar in blender. Slowly add oil while blender is running. Then add poppy seeds by hand. Makes 1 quart of dressing. Serves 40 salads.
