PORK CHOPS | |
Any type pork chops 1 stick butter Flour Salt and pepper Lightly flour pork chops and brown. Melt butter and put in a 9x13 inch pan. Add some of pork chop drippings to melted butter. Place browned chops in pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour. Chops come out so tender you can cut them with a fork. |
