CORNED BEEF MOLD 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can corned beef
1 pkg. gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion, grated (or more)
1 tbsp. horseradish
Salt and pepper
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Garlic (optional)

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add hot water and mayonnaise, and then corned beef which has been broken up fine. Add other ingredients. Mold; garnish with parsley and serve with party rye.
